Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery:
- Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery schedules for special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and large orders will be advised prior to order confirmation. A convenient delivery date will be arranged with you.
Delivery Times:
- Deliveries occur between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Additional charges apply for specific morning, afternoon, or timed deliveries, subject to availability.
Delivery Conditions:
- Orders are packed in wooden crates or pallets and delivered via large lorries. Please inform us of any access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, overhanging trees, steep gradients) at the time of order. Delivery is to the nearest safely accessible point, at the driver’s discretion.
Unloading Requirements:
- The delivery driver is unable to assist with unloading. It is crucial to have someone available to accept and store the goods. Drivers cannot unpack or move items from the delivery point.
Storage and Handling:
- Products are shrink-wrapped for protection. It's advisable to store materials undercover promptly and keep ancillary products in dry conditions to prevent damage.
Order Inspection:
- Check your order upon delivery for any discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Report any issues within three working days to facilitate swift resolution. Note that extra or broken tiles included for packaging stability must be handled with care.
Tile Storage Tips:
- Store stone tiles vertically and not directly on hard surfaces to avoid edge chipping. Remove spacers from packaging before handling the tiles.
