Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted for unused products that are in their original packaging and full box quantities.

Non-Returnable Items:

• We do not accept returns for End of Line/Clearance items, Special Order items, or Made to Order/Bespoke items.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a pre-authorised returns number. This number must be clearly indicated on all returned packages, crates, and pallets. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment either via your chosen courier or by directly returning the goods to our warehouse.

Packaging Returns:

• Properly package all returns to prevent damage during transit. We recommend taking a photograph of the items before dispatch for documentation in case of carrier-related issues. Ensure the returns number is visible on all packaging.

Return Period and Restocking Fee:
