Eligibility for Returns:
Returns accepted at our discretion. Only full boxes can be returned.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for End of Line/Clearance items, Special Order items, or Made to Order/Bespoke items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a pre-authorised returns number. This number must be clearly indicated on all returned packages, crates, and pallets.
Packaging Returns:
Properly package all returns to prevent damage during transit. We recommend taking a photograph of the items before dispatch for documentation in case of carrier-related issues. Ensure the returns number is visible on all packaging.
Return Period and Restocking Fee:
You have 14 days from receipt or collection of your goods to return them.
A carrier uplift charge and restocking fee will apply in all cases.
