To rectify the problem, the entire floor was poured with a flexible self-leveller, and Schluter Ditra matting was installed to isolate the subfloor from the tiles. Nord Ris tiles by Original Style (discontinued) were meticulously laid, resulting in a flawless finish. The client was overjoyed with the durable, aesthetically pleasing transformation, highlighting the importance of correct installation techniques and thorough preparation.
